The TCAE-C and TCAE-CT series are engineered to deliver high torque capacity within an small outer diameter. This makes their seires the perfect solution for applications where space is limited but performance cannot be compromised.

Engineered to perform in demanding industries as steel, mining, petrochemical, naval, or any other field requiring precise coupling of rotating shafts, these new series provide an optimal solution with minimal space use.

Seamless Outer Housing

The smooth outer housing eliminates the need for flange joints. This unified housing design ensures seamless torque transmission from one end to the other, while allowing the inner sleeve units at each end to articulate independently at angles of up to 5 degrees. Additionally, the inner sleeves can axially slide within their range to accommodate thermal expansion, contraction, and vibrations.

Customizable and Ready-to-Install Options

The TCAE-C series features a pilot-bored inner sleeve, offering end users the flexibility to customize bore diameters, keyway sizes, and other installation specifics, while the TCAE-CT series comes with a premachined Taperlock™ bore, simplifying the installation process with standard Taperlock™ bushes for quick and secure shaft connections.

Ideal for High-Speed Applications

The minimal rotating moment of inertia of the smooth outer housing makes these couplings ideal for high-speed, responsive applications such as servo drives. This design ensures optimal performance and reliability in critical scenarios.
