What are they and what are they for?
N2 injection systems and regulation panels are key components in a variety of industries, from food to Oil&Gas. These systems are used to precisely inject liquids or gases and regulate the flow of nitrogen. They play a crucial role in vital industrial processes. Discover the injection systems and N2 regulation panels manufactured by Sistemiza.
Why choose Sistemiza equipment?
Nitrogen gas is widely used due to its inertivity, low reactivity, and ability to create controlled atmospheres. Our injection systems and nitrogen panels are differentiated by being designed for continuous monitoring, efficient use, avoiding losses and having precise control of the fluid.
Transparency
In all our systems and equipment we evaluate the specifications and documentation of each client and project individually, developing and presenting an offer with the following elements.
- Detailed project prescription
- Component List
- Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
- Previous 3D design
- Individual component data sheets
- Selection of top-notch components
- Adaptability of the equipment to the brands selected by the client for components, in case the project or the client requires it
Materials
All panels manufactured by Sistemiza are made of metallic materials, specializing in austenitic, SS316, SS304 and special alloys (Duplex, Super Duplex and Inconel).

In which industries is its use most common?
These are some common applications:
- Welding and Cutting: As a shielding gas to prevent metal oxidation during welding and cutting.
- Electronic Industry: To create inert atmospheres and to cool electronic components during production.
- Food Industry: Cooling and freezing of foods and for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).
- Oil and Gas Industry: Inertize tanks, or ATEX electrical areas with special protection and reduce the risk of explosions or combustion in certain processes.
- Plastics Processing: Rapidly cool and solidify plastic products during the extrusion process.
- Metallurgical Industry: Prevent oxidation and protect metals during thermal processes, such as quenching and tempering.
- Chemical Industry: It is used to inertize reactors and prevent unwanted reactions in chemical production.
- Glass Industry: In glass manufacturing, nitrogen is used to rapidly cool glass and improve its properties.
- Non-Destructive Testing: In non-destructive testing, such as leak detection, nitrogen is used to pressurize systems and verify structural integrity.
- Scientific and Medical Research: To store biological samples and cryopreserve cells.
- Automobile Industry: In the heat treatment process of steel and other materials used in automobile manufacturing.
- Tires: Used as an inert gas to inflate tires, as it reduces pressure loss over time.
- Food Storage Protection: Used to create controlled atmospheres in grain and food product warehouses to prevent the proliferation of insects and fungi.
Panels manufactured in accordance with ATEX standards
Sistemiza has designed, manufactured and tested four gas panels to perform the flow, pressure and temperature control function in nitrogen injection to provide safety in a classified area in accordance with ATEX standards. The injection of nitrogen inerts the electrical area to which it is dedicated.
